This piece was composed in the Spring of 2017 in my Design Aesthetics studio. The objective of this course was to gain a sense of how to handle the division of space within any composition. The final piece is composed of shape, line, point, and type. I derived the color scheme from the three primary colors. The variation in saturation and value of these hues creates a desired tension within the piece.

For the final composition I applied the Fibonacci sequence and a 1 inch grid to divide the space. This exposed me to the wide array of grids that can be used to organize a composition.
To begin to break down the space, the implied forces were demonstrated. When clicking through the iterations they will begin to introduce new variables and in return advance in complexity. Studies were completed to analyze the breakdown of space and ease into creating a cohesive, organized graphic composition.
